Welcome to Terra Health. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Terra Health Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Services

Terra Health provides:

• Doctor discovery and appointment booking services
• Video consultation and telemedicine services
• Digital health records management
• E-prescriptions and pharmacy integration
• Lab test booking and report access
• Health content and educational resources

3. User Accounts

Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently. Minors may use the Platform only under parental or guardian supervision.

4. Healthcare Services Disclaimer

Important: Terra Health is a technology platform that facilitates connections between patients and healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Doctors on our platform are independent practitioners, not our employees
• Medical decisions are made solely between you and your healthcare provider
• For emergencies, please call 112 or visit the nearest hospital immediately
• Our platform is not intended as a substitute for in-person medical examination

5. Appointments and Payments

Booking

Appointment availability is subject to doctor schedules. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee slot availability.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 2+ hours before appointment: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before: No refund
• Doctor-initiated cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling option
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select wallets. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Terra Health or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terra Health shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Actions or omissions of healthcare providers on our platform
• Technical failures or service interruptions
• Third-party services or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Terra Health harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
